If your pain or injury is a result of an accident, then you may be eligible for ACC. You don’t need a referral - book in with us directly and we will fill in a claim form and submit it to ACC, who will ultimately decide if your injury is covered.

You can use Easy-Claim to claim your consultation if you are a Southern Cross member. Just present your Member Card or provide your Member number, and if your plan covers our services, Southern Cross will reimburse us directly. You'll only need to pay any remaining contribution you're responsible for. This means you won't have to worry about filling out claim forms or waiting for a refund.

We appreciate your time, and we hope you appreciate ours by giving us at least four hours’ notice when cancelling your appointment. This gives us the best opportunity to fill your appointment time.

Last minute cancellations will be charged $100.00 if we cannot fill your slot. If you do not arrive for your appointment, you will be sent an invoice for the full cost.
